It’s a simple, easy to use, multi-channel marketing system to deepen your relationships and create advocates for you and your business.
On the 1st of each month, mail the Item of Value (IOV) along with the corresponding cover letter provided with your Monthly Marketing Kit*.
The 15th of each month is when you email your database your eReport, which is specifically designed to compliment the Item of Value you sent earlier in the month. It's preloaded into your Referral Maker® CRM*.
Follow up with your clients by connecting voice-to-voice. Since you sent the IOV, you now have a reason to call! A phone call will increase the effectiveness of your IOV and eReports by seven times!
What is a Pop-By?
A short visit to one of your valued clients to say "hi" and give them an inexpensive gift. A Pop-By is the quickest & most effective way to generate referrals for your business. Popping-by your clients' home or office shows how much you appreciate them and will leave a lasting impression and most importantly, keeps you top-of-mind.
Finally, be sure to follow up with a hand-written personal note. The lasting impact from this simple gesture will be sure to help you stand out amongst others.
